Terms and Conditions of bookings

1. Payment of the accommodation rental fee constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. To secure your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, money order, Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa. Easter, Christmas and school holiday bookings, 50% is required at time of booking
3. Keys will be made available once the balance of payment has been received in full. Should you be arriving after business hours, please let us know in advance so that alternative key arrangements can be made. Should you be departing outside office hours, please make prior arrangements with the operator. Under no circumstances should keys be left on the premises.
4. In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest's account.
5. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the buildings.
6. Any damage, breakage of equipment, locks or keys is to be reported immediately and paid for at cost, other than acceptable wear and tear. Please note, our cleaners do a detailed inventory check before and after your occupation.
7. The number of guests should not exceed the numberstated on the Confirmation Notice. Additional fees of $59 per person per night will apply for excess guests not notified to the Operators in advance.
8. The Operators take no responsibility for the guest's personal property left on the premises.
9. Check-Out Time is 11.00am. Check-In Time is 3.00pm. The client must vacate the property by the check-out time unless agreed with the operators in advance that they may stay longer.
10. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the property is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. No Administration fee will apply.
